. Preparation
- Shut off Emission washes the valve of dose (12);
- In oil box join diesel oil 60-80 L;
- Will air compression pipe One end join to air compressor;
- Adjust the height of jet head to the proper operating position;
- Pull the knob of pressure condition valve upward, and rotate in clockwise until the barometer indicates 6kgf/cm2, then push down the knob.
Cleaning Procedure
Place components and parts to be cleaned in cleaning box, and open the switch of jet head, then cleaning agent will flow circularly. Now it is ready for cleaning operation.
. Blow Cleaning
Connect cleaning gun to air supply joint of pressure control valve after parts had been cleaned thoroughly, press the trigger of cleaning gun and the residual oil will be blow off quickly. In this way cleaning gun is used for blow cleaning, and the blow cleaning can be stopped by releasing trigger.
